Services & Fees

Fully Managed

£295.00 + VAT (Deducted from the first months rent)
£40.00 + VAT - Monthly Management Fee
 

Let Only Marketing Service

£295 + VAT deducted from the first months rent
£75 For Inventory (If required)

 

Important information regarding Let Only Service:

SECURITY DEPOSIT must be held within a Tenant’s protected Deposit Scheme of the landlords choice.

 

Rent Collection Service

£295 + VAT (Deducted from the first months rent)
£20 + VAT - Rent collection including invoice
Landlord is responsible for maintenance/repairs and property inspections under this level of service

 

Advertisement Only Service

£150.00 + VAT (Payable upfront)
Property will remain advertised until let

 

Other Fees applicable to Landlords if required:

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) = £75.00 (including VAT) certificate valid for 10 years
 
Electrical Safety Certificate = £125.00 (including VAT) Recommended every 3 to 5 years, however this is dependent upon the age and condition of the electrics once inspected.
 
Please be aware that If any works or updating are required to meet current safety standard, additional cost will become payable by the landlord.
 
Legionella’s Risk Assessment = £60.00 (including VAT) recommended Annually
 
Gas Safety Certificate = £60.00(including VAT) required Annually
 
New FIXED Term Tenancy agreement with existing tenant for 6 or 12 months = £35.00 (including VAT)
